Service Agreement Coverage (for specific service & parts shown) * All Agreements subject to Terms and Conditions Our company will not be liable for injury or damage to persons or consequential damage resulting from defects in, or the non operation of customers burner/air conditioner, condensate drains or lines, or pumps. Our Service Agreements do not cover electrical or plumbing beyond the unit that is covered under the agreement. *Refrigerant Leak Repairs & Recovery not included
	Basic Air Conditioning (Inspection & Start Up) Service available 8AM to 4PM, Monday thru Friday, April 1st thru June 30th excluding Federal Holidays. This is a pre-summer season inspection and start up of existing system to check: Blower Wheel, Belts, Blower Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Contactors, Drive Pulley, Fan Center or Relay, Cooling Thermostat & Sub Base, Transformer, High Pressure Control, Run & Start Capacitors and Refrigerant Level. Receive a 15% Discount on Air Conditioning System repairs and parts not covered under this agreement. Items not accessible at premises will not be checked or covered under this agreement. Premium Air Conditioning (Inspection & Start Up) Service Plans are effective April 1 thru September 30. Condenser Motor Condenser Blade Run Capacitor Fan Belts Standard Thermostat Start Capacitor Compressor Contactor Condensate Pump Transformer Blower Motor Start Relay Fan Relay Receive a 15% Discount on Air Conditioning System repairs and parts not covered under this agreement. THIS PLAN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR UNITS WITH OBSOLETE PARTS. Check and change or clean your Air Filter monthly for Efficiency.
	Air Conditioning Service Agreements General Terms, Conditions and Hours of Service
	Hours of service are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Premium Agreement 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) All service required at any other time will be charged at our overtime rates. Any repairs or replacement parts necessary at the time of our pre-season start-up will be invoiced at our regular retail prices except where covered by the Premium Air Conditioning Agreement.. A charge will be made for calls ordered due to switches or circuit breakers in the “Off” position, improper thermostat settings or frozen systems. Zone controls, furnace parts and heating controls are not covered by these cooling plans. The above cooling plans make no provislon to cover material or services for repairing refrigeration leaks or abused equipment, cleaning blowers or coils, balancing systems or replacing filters. These plans do not include the cost of labor or materials for repairs or replacements resulting from floods, hurricanes, fires, lightning damage, electrical failure, labor or transportation difficulties, wars, riots, government acts or requests. It is agreed that any service performed on your equipment by unauthorized contractors will render these service agreements null and void. Issuance of these agreements are subject to Initial Inspectlon of your Central Alr Conditioning System by our service personnel. All Cooling Service Contracts will expire on December 31st of the year following thelr effective date. These plans are offered at group rates. No credit or refunds on any unused portion are available. All contracts subject to general terms and conditions.
